Inviting others to your Board

At Aboard we cherish the value of sharing your passions and creative work with others. That's why we made inviting others to your Board easy. 

There are two ways to invite people into your Board:

1. Email 
2. Public Link

To start off click on the "Share" button present on the top right corner of your screen as shown below.

Invite by Email

To invite by email, simply add an email address and then click "Invite". They will receive an email with a link to your Board where they can accept access. 

When inviting by email you can choose to make the person a "Contributor" or a "Guest" of your Board. Contributors can add Cards and edit your Board, whereas Guests are viewers and can comment.

After inviting another person, their email address will be available in autocomplete whenever you are sending invites in the future.

Invite by Public Link

The Board Owner can enable invites via a public link by copying the share link. Upon clicking the link, users will have access to your Board but only as guests. 

There are two places in the app where you can access the invite panel 

1. My Boards View 
2. Inside the Board (as presented above) 

From my Boards view invites can be sent easily by clicking on the 3 dots of the Board and then pressing "Invite to board".
